Sabina Telenska knows grace under pressure—a trait hard earned as a world-class rowing champion in her early years, with two trips to the Olympics with the Czech National Rowing Team and two NCAA titles with the University of Washington. That perseverance has served her well ever since, with a career in Seattle’s finance and tech sectors that led to her work in real estate, where she’s been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Greater Seattle area for 15 years.

“I’m customer obsessed,” she says, which is crucial in the city’s competitive luxury real-estate market. For sellers, that means staying on top of pricing trends with the latest technology; providing honest advice to prepare the home for sale; and negotiating successfully to get top dollar. For buyers, it means steadfast partnership for as long as it takes to find that perfect home. With her background in financial analysis, she can zero in quickly on the best sale valuation or purchase offer.

As a Belltown condo resident, Sabina has developed a specialty in condominium sales all over downtown. Farther out, she’s skilled at directing clients toward single-family homes that best meet their needs in neighborhoods that fit their personality. “It’s all about the person and what works for them,” she says. “To find that gem, we help them through the whole process and make it easy and seamless.”

In her spare time, Sabina is frequently out running or riding her bike along Lake Washington. And though she no longer rows, she remains actively involved with the Huskies’ rowing program as a member of its Board of Rowing Stewards.
